Mr. Niyam Maharjan is a senior Civil Engineering Consultant. He has been working as an Expert in implementing building codes since 1998 when Lalitpur Metropolitan City Office has first initiated this program. Besides that he has produced/supported safer construction practices manual/guidelines and even worked as a lead on implementation of building codes programs in different municipalities apart from the training to professional designer, municipal engineers and masons.
